Discovery & Lot Selection
We start with a simple conversation about what you want in a home and where you want to build it. If you already own your lot, we will look it over with you. If you’re still searching, we help you understand what makes a piece of land a good fit. This step is relaxed, easy, and all about helping you feel comfortable from the very beginning.
Design & Pre-Construction
Next, we work together to design your home and make the big decisions—size, layout, style, and the look you’re going for. We also check what the land requires and create a clear, realistic budget. By the end of this step, you’ll know what your home will be like and what it will cost, so nothing feels confusing or uncertain.
Financing & Permitting

Move-in and Warranty
After the plans and budget are aligned, we prepare the documents needed for your lender and for permitting. You’ll use these materials to finalize your construction financing while we submit for permits. We assist with any follow-up items from the bank or the city. Once approvals are in place, your project is ready to move into construction.
With financing and permits approved, we break ground and start building your home. We handle the entire process—from the foundation and framing to mechanical systems, interior finishes, and final details—and keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll always know what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what comes next.
After final inspections and a thorough walkthrough, we hand you the keys. You move into a home built just for you. And even after you’re settled in, we’re here with warranty support to ensure everything continues to feel right.
